The One-on-One Grief Support program offers a personalized and confidential approach to healing from loss. This program is tailored to your unique experiences and provides a safe space to explore and process your emotions. You’ll learn tools to address unresolved feelings tied to any type of loss. With focused attention and compassionate guidance, this one-on-one program empowers you to take meaningful steps toward healing and emotional well-being.

This program is available in-person in Boulder, CO, or online and can be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you.

The Grief Support Group provides a safe environment for you to look at your old beliefs about dealing with loss, which losses have affected your life, and take actions that will lead you to complete unresolved emotions that may still be causing you pain.

It’s an action-based group that involves reading and writing assignments outlined in The Grief Recovery Handbook–20th Anniversary Expanded Edition.The program will run for 8 weeks and is not a drop-in group. You will learn about all types of loss and you will chose what loss you want to focus upon.

The Grief Recovery Method Pet Loss Support program provides a safe and compassionate space to process the unique pain of losing a beloved animal companion.

This program acknowledges the deep bond we share with our pets and offers practical, evidence-based tools to help you navigate the emotions of grief. The sessions guide you through an action-oriented approach to address unresolved feelings, honor the love you shared, and find healing. Whether your loss is recent or occurred long ago, this program helps you move forward with a sense of peace and emotional freedom.
